The pain of being estranged from your adult child is the feeling of being cut off from love. Emotionally we need love like our physical bodies need oxygen.
You may have heard the phrase “Chocolate makes you feel like you are in love”. The spirit of the Cacao plant has long been used to open the heart and heal emotions. This ceremony/guided meditation helps you connect to the spirit of this very loving plant that, if you allow it, will open your heart and allow love to flow through you.
The intent of the ceremony is for you to feel love flowing through your heart and also you will chose a specific trigger to heal.
We will meet via zoom (so you need a device that can use zoom) and it’s best if you have a space where you won’t be disturbed.
I offer this as a free service but you will need to buy your own Cacao and prepare it yourself before we meet. When you sign up on my mailing list, I will send you instructions on the required and some nice optional things you can do to prepare.

The purpose of this book is to give you exercises to begin the healing. In the book you will find tools to heal using:

This is a Shamanic training and practice for parents who are estranged from their adult children and want to heal from it. You will meet others who are in the same situation as you. The format is a monthly zoom meeting where you share your progress and experience in the practice with the group and give feedback/support to each other. Then I will create a video with the practice for the following month. Each month’s practice will be built around the issues presented in the sharing. There will be a Facebook group to share experiences and connect between meetings.

The typical time commitment for the practice is no less than 2 hours a week (not including the meetings and seminars), but an hour daily is ideal and will lead to better outcomes.

Soon. As weather and location permit. Both are good but in person is more interactive and I love it waaaaaaay more than online. Nothing compares to physically being with a group dancing and singing and drumming around a fire with love in their hearts!
The online Cacao Ceremony is more like a partially guided meditation. But I'd still like to offer it for those who won't be able to come in person.
I don't half-ass anything; expect a roller-coaster of emotions and a completely life changing experience. These are only for individuals who are very committed to healing. They will be held in locations of natural power, which will add to all aspects of the work. No cell phones, internet or TV; minimal modern technology. Every day will have several specific exercises or rituals done alone and some done as a group. More detail will come out specific to each Intensive.
Because I'm worth it. I'm a very experienced Shaman, trainer, and have several certifications, NLP, Hypnotherapy, etc. And I've been through the same thing as you. Start with the book, these are the types of exercises I'll be assigning.
